Scientists from academia and industry are invited to submit extended abstracts describing original research in line with the conference themes.

AUTHORS' GUIDE

Please follow the formatting details given in the extended abstract template in Word.

Once prepared, login into the abstract submission portal and follow the instructions:

1. “Copy and paste”  the 200 words abstract and the keywords from your extended abstract. These will be used to organize the review process and then they will be included in the preliminary book of abstracts.

2. Upload the extended abstract as “.pdf file" at the bottom of the page. 

3. Only one Topic is allowed. 

4. Please, consider that you only have 20 minutes each session to complete the submission. If expired, you have to login into the submission page again.

Accepted extended abstracts will go into the proceedings, subject to timely registration. Please note: no full paper submission is required.
